Cesare Migliorini

Cesare Migliori was born in Rome on February 13, 1901.


He started his career as manager with Roman in the first Division in 1925 and then coached Virtus Goliarda between 1926 and 1928.


From 1928 to 1932 he was sporting director at Lazio and took over as coach from Ferenc Molnar in 1931 for four games.

 

He then went on to coach an array of teams in the next 30 years: Terni, Perugia, Catanzarese, Messina, MATER, Brindisi, Pisa (two stints), Siracusa, Lecce, Foggia (two stints), Marsala, Torres to end with Reggina in 1959-60.


He won a Serie B championship with Perugia in 1933-34,  Serie C four times (Catanzarese in 1935-36 and three times with MATER, 1938-39, 1939-40 and 1941-42) and the fourth tier once with Foggia in 1953-54.

 

A very long career.

 

He died in Rome on August 22, 1964.
