Giuseppe Galvanin was born in Vicenza on April 1, 1938.

He started playing football as a defender for Marzotto Valdagno in Serie B in 1958 and stayed there a couple of years before being sold to Vicenza in 1960.
He however was never used and in the autumn transfer window signed for Tevere Roma in Serie C.
In the summer of 1962 he was part of the squad that did the pre-season training with Roma but was then sold to Como.
In November he signed for Lazio. He played very little, just three appearances, and at the end of the season went back to Tevere Roma.
In 1964 he signed for Trani. He played five seasons in Puglia, first in Serie B (two seasons) then Serie C (another two) and a final year in Serie D.
His last year he spent with Clodia Sottomarina again in the fourth tier.
