Kenneth Ina Dorothea Taylor, born on 16 May 2002 in Alkmaar, Netherlands, is a Dutch professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for S.S. Lazio in Italy’s Serie A and has been capped by the Netherlands national team.

A product of the famed Ajax Youth Academy, Taylor joined the club as an eight-year-old and worked his way through the ranks. He made his senior debut for Ajax in December 2020 and went on to make 184 appearances, scoring 36 goals and providing numerous assists before his move to Italy. During his time in Amsterdam he won two Eredivisie titles and a KNVB Cup, and emerged as a key midfield presence thanks to his versatility, technical skill, and capacity to contribute both offensively and in build-up play. Taylor’s performances also earned him international recognition, making his senior Netherlands debut in September 2022.

Taylor joined Lazio from Ajax in January 2026 and made an immediate impact, starting all 17 of his Serie A appearances during the second half of the season. The Dutch midfielder quickly established himself as an important part of the team, combining his ability to carry the ball and link play with a willingness to contribute further forward.

He finished his first six months in Rome with three goals and two assists. His first Lazio goal came in the 3-2 victory over Genoa on January 30, before he added a brace in the 2-0 win against Bologna in March. He also provided two assists during the campaign, underlining his ability to influence games from midfield.

Taylor's first half-season was therefore a promising introduction to Italian football. Used primarily as midfielder, he was trusted from the outset and completed more than 1,400 minutes of Serie A football. His technical quality, energy and versatility made him one of the more consistent additions to Lazio's midfield during the second half of the 2025-26 campaign.
