Kenneth Ina Dorothea Taylor, born on 16 May 2002 in Alkmaar, Netherlands, is a Dutch professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for S.S. Lazio in Italy’s Serie A and has been capped by the Netherlands national team.
A product of the famed Ajax Youth Academy, Taylor joined the club as an eight-year-old and worked his way through the ranks. He made his senior debut for Ajax in December 2020 and went on to make 184 appearances, scoring 36 goals and providing numerous assists before his move to Italy. During his time in Amsterdam he won two Eredivisie titles and a KNVB Cup, and emerged as a key midfield presence thanks to his versatility, technical skill, and capacity to contribute both offensively and in build-up play. Taylor’s performances also earned him international recognition, making his senior Netherlands debut in September 2022.
In January 2026, Taylor completed a transfer to Lazio, signing a long-term contract through June 2030 in a deal reportedly worth around €15 million plus bonuses. At Lazio, he was brought in as a dynamic midfield option capable of playing across central roles, expected to bring creativity, energy, and goal contributions to coach Maurizio Sarri’s squad. Known for his ability to carry the ball forward, link play, and read the game intelligently, Taylor represents a box-to-box midfielder — a profile well-suited to Lazio’s tactical approach.
