The 2021/22 Lazio shirt marked the beginning of another season with Macron and combined the club's traditional Biancoceleste identity with an increasingly important message about sustainability. The launch campaign placed particular emphasis on environmental responsibility, with the shirt produced using Eco-Softlock fabric made from recycled plastic and certified by the Global Recycled Standard.
The home shirt retained Lazio's unmistakable identity, although its shade of blue was described as a light sky blue tending towards azure. The design featured a knitted V-neck with white detailing, while the sleeve cuffs were also made from knitted material. The overall appearance recalled Lazio's final Puma home shirt from the 2011/12 season, giving the 2021/22 design a subtle connection with a recent period in the club's history.
The shirt featured a personalised back-neck design with the Lazio crest set against a navy-blue background, accompanied by the club motto, "NOI L'AMIAMO... E PER LEI COMBATTIAMO" ("We love her... and for her we fight"). Beneath the collar on the back was the inscription S.S. LAZIO.
The Macron branding appeared on the right side of the chest in blue, using a silicone print, while the Lazio crest occupied the left side over the heart. The front of the shirt was given additional visual interest by a series of thin, double vertical stripes incorporated into the fabric in a tone-on-tone embossed graphic.
The home kit was completed by white shorts featuring flat navy-blue drawstrings with sky-blue tips. The white socks carried two horizontal stripes around the centre, one sky blue and one navy blue. Together, the three elements produced a traditional Lazio colour combination, with the familiar Biancoceleste identity remaining at the centre of the design.
The environmental message extended beyond the appearance of the shirt itself. The Eco-Softlock fabric used by Macron was made entirely from recycled polyester yarn. The material was designed to be lightweight, soft and highly resistant to tearing, while also providing quick-drying properties. The collaboration between Lazio and Macron therefore presented the shirt as both a symbol of the club's history and a statement about sustainability and the circular economy.

The away shirt adopted a very different visual approach. Its main body was white, while the upper section incorporated a sky-blue stripe and a navy-blue block across the shoulders. The back of the neck featured a heat-printed S.S. LAZIO inscription, while sky-blue piping was used around the side vents at the bottom of the shirt. The same Eco-Softlock fabric was used for the away kit.
The third shirt was considerably more striking. Black formed the main colour, complemented by sky-blue details, while a stylised eagle appeared repeatedly across the front of the shirt. The eagle graphic was also incorporated into the sleeves through an embossed design. As with the away shirt, the back neck featured the S.S. LAZIO inscription and sky-blue piping highlighted the side vents.

The goalkeeper's home shirt was yellow and featured a comparatively simple design. A sublimated embossed graphic appeared on both sides of the shirt, while a Scudetto patch was positioned over the heart. The inscription "ss lazio" appeared in black on the back, just below the collar. There was also a light grey version.
