A disappointing season as Lazio finished 12th but managed to reach the semifinal of the Coppa Italia

Serie A: Lazio reached 12th place. The scudetto was won by Juventus.
Coppa Italia: The Biancocelesti were eliminated in the semifinal by Juventus who then went on to win the cup.
Italo French Friendship Cup: This was a tournament organised by the Italian and French football associations and took place in June 1960. Sixteen clubs from both nations met, home and away, the country with the most wins were awarded the cup. Lazio met, and beat, Sedan.
